I understand wanting to stay within a budget—custom embroidery is very different from mass-produced patches, and pricing reflects the time, equipment, and care involved. Patches are very dense and time-intensive to produce,
so I work with a minimum order and bulk pricing structure to ensure consistent quality and craftsmanship.
If needed, I’m always happy to explore adjustments in size or quantity to help find the best fit for your project.

Custom Patch Work Pricing
How is pricing determined for custom embroidered patches?
Order Minimum
- Custom patch minimum: $150 per order
- This covers setup, machine time, and production costs.
Patch Pricing (quantity-based)
Small Patches (up to ~2.5”)
- 1–25 patches: $5.50 each
- 26–50 patches: $4.50 each
- 51–100 patches: $4.00 each
Large Patches (3”–4”)
- 1–25 patches: $8.00 each
- 26–50 patches: $6.50 each
- 51–100 patches: $6.00 each
Design / Digitizing Fee
- $30–$50 per new design
- Waived or reduced for repeat designs or qualifying large orders

- Digitizing Fee — $30 (one-time per design)
This covers converting your design into an embroidery file for my machine.
- Includes free revisions and adjustments until the design is fully approved
No stitching begins until you’re happy with the final layout
- Embroidery Stitching — $1.50 per 1,000 stitches
Stitch pricing is calculated after the final design is approved and reflects:
• Stitch density • Machine time • Thread and stabilizer usage
This ensures your embroidery is durable, detailed, and professionally finished.
